How can we rebrand our agency to highlight our digital focus and commitment to meaningful, impactful design?

Role

At Greenberry, I designed websites, apps, and digital tools, leading projects from concept to prototype. In this Greenberry brand re-design project, my role was creative lead. Together with the creative director and strategist, I drove the brand vision, strategy and execution through numerous amounts of workshops and iterations.

Responsibilities

Creative Direction: Define and maintain the creative vision for the project, ensuring alignment with the culture of the agency and business objectives.

Leadership & Collaboration: Working closely with fellow designers, the creative director, copy writers, strategists, and developers.

Concept Development: Lead brainstorming sessions, design sprints, and workshops to generate fresh, user-centered ideas and a visual style.

User Experience & Design Execution: Create and oversee the development of UX/UI designs and branding.

Quality Control: Ensure consistency, high design standards, and attention to detail across all creative outputs (e.g. illustration, animation, presentations, social media, etc.).

Stakeholder Communication: Present concepts and design strategies to the founders and internal teams.
