Role
At Tamedia, I led the UX and UI design for the Tages-Anzeiger across its website, app, newsletters, emails, marketing materials, and podcasts—establishing a design foundation for 11 other newspapers across Switzerland.


Responsibilities
Design System & Brand Consistency: Maintaining and optimising the Tamedia design system to ensure a cohesive experience across all digital platforms.
User Research & Testing: Conducting user and usability tests through interviews, surveys, A/B testing, and focus groups to refine and enhance the newspaper websites and apps.
Brand Governance: Ensuring the brand guidelines and visual identity were properly implemented across all Tamedia newspaper platforms.
User engagement: Researching, implementing and testing storytelling formats and layouts to excite readers with dynamic & personalised stories.
