How can we bring better access to care while traveling?

This project involved me being outsourced from Greenberry to work in-house at Zilveren Kruis as the Lead Designer. I was embedded within Zilveren Kruis' development team, taking ownership of the UI design and ensuring a high level of usability for the app. This setup allowed for a more agile workflow, where I could iterate quickly based on feedback from both developers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

User Flow Collaboration: Worked closely with a UX designer at Greenberry to define user flows, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Technical Alignment: Coordinated with backend developers from an external agency to align UI design with technical requirements.

UI & Usability Leadership: Led the UI design, interaction design, and usability efforts for the app, ensuring a high-quality user experience.

Embedded Design Role: Integrated within the Zilveren Kruis development team, working directly with in-house developers to refine and implement designs.

Agile & Iterative Design: Maintained an iterative workflow, quickly adapting designs based on feedback from developers and stakeholders.

Usability Advocacy: Advocated for usability best practices to ensure the final product was not only visually cohesive but also accessible and user-friendly.
