Bringing care closer via an app message with the doctor

Role

As a UI Designer, I played a key role in shaping the user experience and interface design of the Zilveren Kruis Wijzer. As many people experience small health concerns—an itch, a minor wound, or an unexplained pain—but don’t always want to visit a doctor for reassurance the Zilveren Kruis Wijzer was designed to provide quick, reliable guidance and solutions, helping users determine when medical attention is needed or when self-care is sufficient.

Responsibilities

User Interface Design: Creating visually appealing and intuitive interfaces and ensuring consistency in design elements across the platform. Developed interactive prototypes to visualise user flows.

UI & Interaction Design: Creating high-fidelity prototypes and a user-friendly interface for the app, ensuring a visually engaging and accessible design using an already existing brand design.

Agile Collaboration: Working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in an iterative process (2-weekly sprints), continuously refining designs based on user and stakeholder feedback.

Design System & Consistency: Established a scalable design system to maintain a consistent and high-quality user experience across the app.
